Scott C. Stump

Founder

For more than fifteen years, Scott has led one of the most complex privately funded memorial efforts in Washington, DC history — personally raising over $40 million, securing 150 bipartisan Congressional co-sponsors, and navigating the daunting federal approval process through four Presidential administrations to bring a national memorial honoring Desert Shield and Desert Storm veterans to life.

Project completion is scheduled for October 2026, and Scott continues to serve as Founder, President, and CEO through final delivery.

His message, however, extends far beyond a memorial.

It is about stepping forward before authority is granted.
It is about executing when recognition is scarce.
It is about protecting integrity under sustained pressure.

Earlier in his life, Scott served as a Marine Corps Reservist during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm — an experience that shaped his belief that leadership is earned through responsibility.

Today, he challenges leaders to:

• Lead without waiting for permission
• Execute under pressure
• Finish what others abandon
• Build something that outlives them

Forged in the arena.
Grounded in integrity.
