Lance Corporal Leadership provides leadership consulting for complex projects and organizations.

We are in the final stages of completing the National Desert Shield/Desert Storm Memorial.  Occupying a space on the Mall in Washington DC next to the Lincoln Memorial. This privately funded national memorial will be unveiled in October 2026.  Our CEO, Scott Stump is the prime mover of this project.  He conceived it, raised the money, assembled the team, obtained congressional approval and shepherded it to completion.  Along the way, he developed strong strategies about leadership.
